In Norway all have the right and obligation to 10 years of primary education. This is free.
Adolescents (aged 16-19) have the right to 3 years of secondary education, which is also free, but the students have to pay for some of the books themselves.
Children and adolescents in asylum centers are integrated in ordinary classes where they are taught their mother tongue in addition to regular education.
